When a Scout gets crowded, set it on a Riser and Link it to a Founder. Then take the Cover off. As its tube runs dry, the ants walk across to the Founder's damp floor on their own. Or leave the Cover on and keep the Scout Linked as a dark queen chamber.
Water is a cotton cup under the floor. Lift the Top to wet it.
