Scout doesn't come with a test tube. This gives it one: fill the 16 mm tube with water, plug it with a cotton ball and push it into the Scout's tube bore, so the queen has water right beside her chamber. The spare cotton balls are for re-plugging.
Buying a Scout or Scout Basecamp? Add it for $2 instead of $3.
